• Croatia, Serbia, Norway, Estonia, Finland, Romania, Sweden, Lithuania, Ireland, Latvia & Bulgaria: 21,01€

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla please consult by email.

Delivery time

Shipments will be delivered approximately 1 to 5 working days after payment has been confirmed, this will depend on the stock we have available at the purchase time.

Youtecrea is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of the shipment by the shipping company.

We process orders from Monday to Friday except holidays.  

In custom orders the delivery time will vary, please consult by email.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 14 working days to return it. Just send us an email to info@yutecrea.com with the order details.

If the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product, the costs will be borne by us, if it is due to a change of opinion, size or other reasons beyond our control, the costs will be covered by the customer. No returns will be accepted if the product is damaged or used.

The refund will be made once we have received the product and checked its condition within a period of less than 14 working days in the same method of payment in which it was made.
